It’s Okay To Not Be Okay
Best Korean Dramas on Netflix for Emotional Healing
Director: Park Shin Woo, Jung Dong Yoon | Genre: Romantic | Rating: 9/10
One of the best Korean romance dramas on Netflix I have seen till date and most of my friends will agree too. We couldn’t stop talking about the finesse of this series for so long. A popular Children’s literature writer, suffering from antisocial personality disorder, meets this guy who is a health worker in a psychiatric ward.
It's not a regular boy meets girl story, this one has a lot of pain and compassion shown to mental health and its treatment, making it relatable to a lot of people who suffer from anxiety or other mental issues.
Once you have fully immersed yourself in this series, it’s a healing process from then on. The relatability factor kicks in and you end up watching the show with the brand new perspective. You will fall in love with main leads from the very get go.
Everyone’s acting is exceptional and character development makes it a pure gem in the current times to watch.

Director: Seo Min-Jung | Genre: Young Adult romance | Rating: 7.3/ 10
This show is a Korean remake of the chinese show by the same name, which has gained a lot of popularity for the similar reason as this show. It’s a beautiful rom-com and coming-of-age story between two very different personalities who happen to be the next door neighbours and are also in the same school.
It’s a journey to see the lead actors to fall in love while growing into two independent characters. I really enjoyed the character development of Cha Heon, who is a beautiful, smart and very confident girl-next-door.
Watch this show for its cuteness and sheer romanticism.
