Client Review
I love Surya Yoga! The studio is located on the top floor/rooftop of a 4 storey building in Makati, so it's often windy. 2 sides of its four walls are sliding doors which open wide. This ensures proper ventilation -- important during the pandemic! I've encountered 5 teachers so far, and all of them are super competent and nice. They've recently added morning classes so, there's more slots to choose from. Plus: free parking, so it's very convenient.

Moreover, they have ventilated spaces and padded walls to ensure that your yoga practice can be as natural as possible.

4. Bliss Yoga Manila
Bliss Yoga Manila is the best yoga studio in town! It's a cozy little studio with only 8 classes per day (compared to other studios that have up to 20!). The yoga classes are nicely spaced out, so you can easily find the time to fit these into your busy schedule. The instructors are very professional and make you feel comfortable from the moment you set foot inside the studio. It's got a very homey atmosphere that fosters a Zen-like feeling for all of its practitioners, not just yogis.
Bliss Yoga Manila has an extensive range of different types of classes for you to choose from — from gentle, yin, and Jivamukti sessions to exciting vinyasa and hot yoga classes. The Gentle class is great for beginners because it focuses on the art of proper alignment and building a solid foundation in your practice. On the other hand, the hot class is energizing and offers you physical exercises that help improve your strength and flexibility.
Yoga classes at Bliss Yoga are your best chance to stretch, sweat, and meditate. The studio hosts a talented pool of instructors with years of experience in everything from vinyasa flow to yin yoga. Whether it's your first class or you're returning after a long break, the teachers are disciplined enough to make sure everyone gets the most out of their time at the studio.
The Bliss Yoga Manila drop-in rate of P498 is more cost-effective than the P1,298 weekly rate for regulars. The P3,998 monthly package might seem steep, but one week of classes adds to just P2,174. 6. Yoga Manila
If you want to lose weight, learn how to meditate better, relieve stress, get flexible, or simply quit smoking or even stop drinking alcohol, I highly recommend Yoga Manila.
Yoga Manila is well-known for its boutique yoga studios spread across the country. Its clients love the pleasant ambiance of Yoga Manila’s studios that have been meticulously designed to match the authentic feel of a yoga studio. They also appreciate the cleanliness and even lighting of the rooms, making it easier for them to focus on their poses and breathing.
This establishment is the only yoga studio in downtown Manila with a complete and dedicated Yoga for Children program. Their classes are specially designed to fit kids' smaller frames and shorter attention spans — their teachers encourage children to move, play, and find the fun in yoga. And it is also the best place to learn pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga, which can help women recover from childbirth more quickly and avoid medical complications.
Start with a drop-in class for as little as Php 600, save some cash, and buy a 20-class card for just Php 8,000. They also offer special rates for prenatal yoga, with classes priced at only Php 1,000 and private yoga sessions starting at only Php 1,000 per hour.

7. Bikram Yoga
If you've been feeling burnt out at work or if your yoga practice has become stale. I would strongly advise you to check out this stretch of studios that seem to be slowly popping up all over Manila. My findings are stacking in favor of Bikram Yoga, and here's why.
Having the 26 posture of yoga may not be appealing, but the staff at Bikram Yoga make it worthwhile. Instructors are supportive and encouraging, and after a few classes, your body will adapt to the temperature and become more flexible. Be sure to bring your towel and mat.
Aside from being the world's contemporary yoga style, Bikram Yoga is also a great way to keep your body healthy and energetic. And from the Original Hot Yoga Bikram, the studio also offers Yin Yoga and Zumba classes that are just as popular among Filipinos. The Bikram Yoga and Yin Yoga's first Timer Trial Package is at Php 2,300 for 2 weeks and unlimited classes.
As these costs are a bit steep, we encourage our guests to purchase packages or, better yet, sign up for a membership that will save you even more. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the Bikram Yoga Studio itself is clean and new. If you're looking for a good yoga studio, we highly recommend this one.
