They Also Have Four Plastic Layers That Are Bounded And Make Up One Cutting Board. If The Outer Board Is Getting Old Or Not New Enough To Use, You Can Easily Tear It Off And Use The Next One. The Boards Also Feature Labels In Different Colors To Easily Distinguish Them And Prevent Cross Contamination. Hasegawa Cutting Boards Are Available In 11 Sizes And Were The 1992 Winner Of The Good Design Award (Jidpo Special Prize-Prize For Ecology-Conscious Product).
