Each Board Is Made Up Of 4 Plastic Layers That Are Bounded Together, With A Label To Help You Easily Determine The Board’S Color. When The Outer Layer Gets Too Worn, You Can Easily Remove It And Start Using The Next One.
When Using And Caring For Hasegawa Cutting Boards, There Are A Few Guidelines To Keep In Mind. These Cutting Boards Should Not Be Sterilized With Boiled Water Or Hot Air Cabinet, And They Are Not Dishwasher Safe. However, They Are Safe To Use With Boiled Water, Chlorine/Oxygen Bleach, And Ultra Violet.
